Job Description

The Office Assistant will assist in the daily operations of several different departments as needed. You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to offer support in various capacities, contributing to the overall day-to-day operations of the practices.  Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Daily Responsibilities:

  •  Sort through incoming resumes and identify qualified candidates for various positions
  •  Update career platforms with documentation
  •  Conduct phone screenings for potential candidates based on the company’s staffing needs
  •  Contact professional references for candidates who are moving forward in the interviewing process
  •  Coordinate meetings and schedule interviews with candidates
  •  Administer skills testing to candidates based on the position they are being considered for
  •  Ensure all job ads remain posted and active on all career platforms
  •  Update job descriptions, job ads, skills testing batteries, etc. as needed 
  •  Administer new-hire paperwork and ensure proper documentation is provided
  •  Coordinate required OSHA training and testing for working interviews and new team members
  •  Coordinate new staff members’ attendance at new-hire orientation meetings 
  •  Attend meetings to take minutes and send detailed notes to attendees
  •  Visit the post office, purchase and pick up lunch orders, and complete other errands as needed
  •  Create spreadsheets and documents as needed
  •  Assist with producing documentation for disciplinary notices as needed
  •  Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned


  •  Minimum of a 2-year degree in a business-related field is preferred
  •  Ability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
  •  Ability to work between the hours of 7am-7pm as needed to complete all assigned tasks and meet deadlines 
  •  Ability to travel between our Lilburn, Dacula, and Gainesville locations as needed
  •  Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish is a plus
