Job Description

The Digital Media Designer will develop graphic design and video content that accurately represents the company’s branding message to the public while supporting the marketing department and management.
Responsibilities:

  • Multimedia Design

    • Create content through mediums including graphic design & digital illustration, photography & video editing



    • Utilize Adobe Creative Suites and other design, illustration, and video editing software to innovate and create marketing/advertising content to support the brand in all online and grass roots outlets





  • Social Media Management: Manage Facebook, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and other social media outlets

    • Create posts, status updates, blog articles, and multimedia content that aligns with the company’s target demographic, culture, brand, and goals



    • Develop strategies and plans for sponsored ad campaigns



    • Identify new social media outlets

      • Perform research and adapt existing online strategies to up-and-coming trends







  • Online Presence

    • Research online presence and SEO/organic ranking on Google and other major search engines to identify changes in ranking and develop strategies to maintain a strong organic rank



    • Manage online platforms, such as patient communication software, to develop and execute digital mailers and newsletters



    • BirdEye (Online Review Management System)



    • Manage any and all review sites including Yelp, Google, Tebo Dental microsites, Better Business Bureau, Healthgrades.com, and more as needs arise





  • Assist in the creation and management of various digital media projects including, but not limited to:

    • Tebo The Tooth videos, patient video testimonials, doctor video bios and pictures for company website, and other mediums



    • Composition of voiceover scripts, phone tree updates, and other audio production projects as needs arise



    • Assess, design, develop, and assist in the management of all related multimedia projects on an as-needed basis from start to completion






Qualifications:

  • Associates/bachelor’s degree preferred with a focus in Graphic Design, Video Editing, and/or Multimedia Design



  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in relative video production, digital design, marketing, advertising and/or public relations required or college degree equivalent in relative field(s) of study

    • Experience in hospitality, customer service, sales or service industry is preferred





  • Strong graphic design and video editing experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and InDesign) or Final Cut Pro (or similar for video)



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills



  • Must handle constructive criticism and guidance professionally, and consistently apply it to improve overall performance

  • Strong presentation and organization skills



  • Reliable transportation
