Tebo Dental / LIFETIME Fitness Partnership with Childcare

Under this subsidy program, full-time employees are eligible to join LIFETIME Fitness and receive unto 67% off their monthly membership dues when the criteria of the program are met. Employees are eligible to join after 90-days of employment.



Tebo Fit Club

The Company and Tebo Personal Trainers engage staff by creating fun, interactive, and challenging group fitness sessions all in the name of friendly competition. The TFC’s overall goal is to encourage team-building and for staff to realize the importance of their overall health.


Tebo “BIG HEALTHY” INITIATIVE — A Daily Healthy Breakfast & Snack Bar

At Tebo, we appreciate that the #1 most important thing to our employees is their health. We understand that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, which is why we offer complimentary healthy breakfast snacks on a daily basis to encourage our Team Members to eat healthy foods throughout their entire lives. We also offer a variety of other healthy snacks for our team members to enjoy, and we change the selection frequently to add a little excitement to the mix. We also know that our "Big Healthy" Initiative will help keep them energized and happy throughout their workday, which is very important to us, too!

Dental Insurance

After a 90 day waiting period, full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week on average are eligible to enroll in our Aetna PPO group dental insurance. This plan offers a $1,500 per year maximum benefit. Tebo Dental Group pays the full premium cost for eligible employees.

Health Insurance

After a 90 day waiting period, full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week on average, are eligible to enroll in our group health insurance plan.

Long Term Disability

After a 90 day waiting period, full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week on average will be enrolled in our long term disability insurance plan at no cost to the employee. In the event of a disability lasting more than 180 days, this plan has a 60% benefit percentage, up to $10,000 per month ($12,500 for doctors).

Paid Time-Off

Eligible full time employees are able to accrue 6 days of paid time off in the first year of employment, 10 days in the second year, 13 days in the third year and 16 days in the fourth year. These days can be used for pre-planned vacations, pre-planned holiday pay and on a limited basis for sick days.

401(k) with Company Match

Full-time employees who have completed at least one year of service have the opportunity to save for retirement on a tax-advantaged basis in the company's 401(k) plan. This plan features an employer matching contribution - a 100% match on the first 3% of each eligible employee's deferred compensation, plus a 50% match on deferrals between 3% and 5% (4% total).

Apple Store Discount

Tebo Dental employees are eligible to receive great discounts on a variety of Apple merchandise through our LifeMart Store.

Verizon Wireless Discount

As a Tebo team member, you can receive up to a 19% employee discount on monthly data fees and up to a 25% discount on accessories at Verizon Wireless. 

Voluntary Benefits

Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in voluntary term life, short-term disability and cancer insurance during the open enrollment period in July of each year.

Employee Incentive & Recognition Programs

Employee of the Month: Each month, Management chooses a Team Member that has expressed extraordinary work-ethic and has expressed outstanding initiative during that time. Only 12 employees per year win this award. Typically, the Employee of the Year, which is announced at the annual Tebo Awards held in December, is often one that has been an Employee of the Month.

Rock Solid: Each quarter, Management chooses a Team Member that has stepped up their level of commitment and dedication by consistently expressing a positive attitude, strong work-ethic, and often leads by example as they empower their team members to increase their level of productivity as they have. Typically, the Rock Solid of the Year, which is announced at the annual Tebo Awards held in December, is often one that has been recognized as being Rock Solid throughout the year at one of the quarterly milestones for this award.

The Annual Tebo Awards: Each year, the Company recognizes the outstanding achievements of exemplary employees who are examples to us all.
